We serve gourmet pizzas at our all natural shop in Old Bisbee. OVER THE TOP IS NEVER ENOUGH - We only use the highest quality natural ingredients that do not contain high fructose corn syrup or hydrogenated fats. We are members of Slow Food USA and believe in supporting sustainable agriculture. We make our dough fresh every day, roast our own tomatoes to make our sauce and grate fresh cheese daily. Every month we run a pizza special and have started a Farmers Market Series this summer. July's special is the Zuke Pizza featuring zucchini, yellow squash and red onions raised organically at Jim and Emma Montoya's In the Beginning Farm in Palominas.
